Orders shipped using the standard Australian Post shipping service will arrive within 3-10 business days once dispatched. Orders shipped using the express Australia Post shipping service will arrive within 1-3 business days once dispatched. We offer free standard delivery for all Ausralian domestic orders over $200. For orders under $200 shipping is calculated at check out.

We want you to be in love with you Venem pieces. This is why we are happy to offer returns on all full priced items for store credit. To return you items, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and request a returns form. Returned postage costs are not covered by Venem 1.0. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure we receive your item. We are not liable for returns lost in transit. All returns are processed within 3-5 business days. Once your return has been processed and approved, we will email you a store credit gift card. This can be used within a 12 month period store wide. We are unable to accept returns on the below:* Worn, damaged or used items.* Items returned without its original packaging or tags.* Items purchased on sale.* Items returned without a returns form.

All of our screen printing is hand printed in Melbourne to help us support Australian businesses. As the prints are printed by hand, there will be variations from print to print. If you have any concerns please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure you follow the care instructions on your piece, this will also help with the longevity.
