Please note there will be no exchanges or returns for sale items made during our warehouse sale.
We want you to be in love with you Venem pieces. This is why we are happy to offer returns on all full priced items for store credit within 7 days of receiving your item.
To return you items, please contact email@example.com with your order number and request a returns form.
Returned postage costs are not covered by Venem 1.0. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure we receive your item. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.
All returns are processed within 5-7 business days. Once your return has been processed and approved, we will email you a store credit gift card.
We are unable to accept returns on the below:
- Worn, damaged or used items.
- Items returned without its original packaging or tags.
- Items purchased on sale.
- Items returned without a returns form.
In the event that you receive a faulty item please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and an image of the fault within 7 days so that we can replace your item.
